ENOUGH - BOOK

Enough.Ebook-Amazon

Some things in life were inevitable; death, taxes, and lying, whoremongering men.

One woman would never be enough for one man.

So I traded in men for a Harley.

Nothing beats that kind of power between my legs.

Then I blinked.

And he was there.

~

Some things in life were inevitable; death, taxes, and badge bunnies willing to hop into my bed.

The only problem is I’m a one woman kind of man.

In my line of work, I’ve seen it all.

Nothing bothers me until I find a woman’s wrecked body.

 When she blinked,

 My world changed.

Forever doesn’t come close to giving me enough of her.

ENOUGH - AUTHOR

Danielle is Southern born and raised. When not writing, she is riding on her Harley. Most days she can be found in jeans, t-shirt, and cowgirl boots. She has over twenty pairs. And don't get her started on her kickass biker boots. She believes that Cinderella had it all figured out, "One shoe can change your life, provided those shoes look fucking fabulous.

"

Danielle is proud of her Greek heritage and often uses her knowledge of the Greek culture and language in her books. She and her husband, that she lovingly calls Beta, travel a large portion of the year and devote every weekend to date nights; he claims to be a willing test pilot for all steamy scenes. He's convinced her that she should write what she knows (and has tried, at least once).

Danielle's favorite heroes are known as Beta heroes, "Men that open the door for you during the day and throw you against them at night.

"

Betas write love notes, some with sexual innuendos.

Betas send flowers, some with sexual innuendos.

If someone asks a Beta, How's life?. He'll reply, "She's wonderful."

Her sarcastic sense of humor comes out in every book; she is often her own entertainment. Her goal is to write books that make the reader laugh and fall in love without all of the emotional baggage that we face every day in our real lives.

And Friday, is her second favorite F word (if you hadn't figured that out yet).

The Silent Waters by Brittainy Cherry

Title: The Silent Waters
Series: Romance Elements #3
Author: Brittainy C. Cherry
Genre: Romance
 Release Date: September 22, 2016

Blurb

Moments.

Our lives are a collection of moments. Some utterly painful and full of yesterday's hurts. Some beautifully hopeful and full of tomorrow's promises.

I’ve had many moments in my lifetime, moments that changed me, challenged me. Moments that scared me and engulfed me. However, the biggest ones—the most heartbreaking and breathtaking ones—all included him.

I was ten years old when I lost my voice. A piece of me was stolen away, and the only person who could truly hear my silence was Brooks Griffin. He was the light during my dark days, the promise of tomorrow, until tragedy found him. Tragedy that eventually drowned him in a sea of memories.

This is the story of a boy and girl who loved each other, but didn’t love themselves. A story of life and death. Of love and broken promises.

Of moments.

(Book Three in the Elements Series. Complete Standalone.)

Brittainy Cherry has been in love with words since the day she took her first breath. She graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts and a minor in Creative Writing. She loves to take part in writing screenplays, acting, and dancing--poorly of course. Coffee, chai tea, and wine are three things that she thinks every person should partake in! Brittainy lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her family. When she's not running a million errands and crafting stories, she's probably playing with her adorable pets.

MY REVIEW

Normally when I need a good cry… yes, a statement only a woman can understand...I normally turn to Nicholas Sparks but with Brittainy Cherry’s Elements trio I have learned that she is also an author you can turn to for a good cry...a good ugly cry. She makes you feel like the life in your hands is yours. If that isn’t talent, I don’t know what talent is. Cherry makes you feel things, she gives you no choice at all.

This might be my favorite Cherry book ever! I love the suspense she wove into it. It was a new element and I appreciated it. This book, I could go on and on about. It’s a touching story and Cherry has an amazing way with words. She’s poetic.

I know I was near 90% finished and I thought, no way, she’s not going to be able to clear everything up in 10%....how the heck did she do that? She packs a punch in just a sentence. Being a lover of the written word myself, I felt so close to Maggie. Brooks was the sweetest of guys...so thoughtful and patient...we all should be so lucky!!

This isn’t a story of just love but a story of friendship and needing support from the ones we love. It was beautiful...not just Maggie and Brooks’ story but every side story that went with it.

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Cherry your words are magic, I just adore how you put them together to form such a touching story!

Tracing Holland By Alyson Santos

Tracing Holland

By Alyson Santos

Night Shifts Black (Book 2)

Released: September 12, 2016

BLURB

Callie asked if I was ready. And that’s the question, isn’t it? Ready for what? The  spotlight? The music? Or ready for life. Ready to face the reality that what I was is going to attack the very fabric of who I am now. No one knows I’m a different person. Well, no one except the two most important people in my life, which is why there’s a remote chance I might actually pull off the comeback I never saw coming.

Then again, that was before Holland Drake crashed into my life. I didn’t ask for her. Heaven knows she didn’t ask for me. But sometimes it’s not about what makes sense; it’s about accepting that not everything will. It’s learning you have a choice when it feels like you don’t. It’s believing even the worst past can still have a future.

And sometimes it’s none of that. Sometimes it’s survival. A blind fight through the pain as you cling to any shred of hope you can find. And it’s those moments, those desperate pleas into the darkness for a flicker of light, when you have no choice but to confront the blessing that often feels like a curse:

You’re still alive. You’re still significant.

You’re once again Luke Craven, frontman for Night Shifts Black.

**This novel is a work of fiction and intended for mature readers. Events and persons depicted are of a fictional nature and use language, make choices, and face situations inappropriate for younger readers. Please note this book also addresses the issues of depression and suicide in a compassionate, realistic manner.

MY REVIEW

Tracing Holland is Book 2 of Night Shifts Black. These books are amazing. Tracing Holland is utterly amazing since you get to step into Luke’s mind. There were so many people upset with the first book NSB and Casey coming into the scene. I think you need to think about depression though. Someone depressed can’t go falling in love while being depressed...they don’t have that  mental health going on. Love is much more than lust.

I think Santos took these books on the perfect path. The readers learn about depression and what loved ones go through trying to love them. But the bond that was formed in the first book just continues to grow in the second.

When Luke visited Casey’s family and the ‘scene’ unfolded just pissed me off!!! I was mad for several reasons...for him being abandoned by his friends and for people to think this scene was acceptable. I was just floored. I also just adored Holland...she was exactly what Luke needed in this story, she believed in him and never questioned him.

My favorite quote from this book was from Luke, when he said: “I can hide in plain sight better than any person on this planet.” This is a sentence that explains depression so much! Not only do they feel invisible but they want it, they thrive in it!! But it really puts it in perspective how depression messes with you!!

I also loved Jesse being added to the story and how Luke saw himself in him. I think Jesse made him want to be better and do better. There was just so much growth in this book. It was heartwarming. I gotta add ...Oh my goodness…these guys on the tour! Pulling pranks….I just adore them! They were so funny!!!

I received an ARC of this book for in exchange for an honest review.
