Jessica Hawkins has truly gutted me with this book, with this series. She has created this awe-inspiring fantasy world that has sucked me in for days where I can’t breathe anything or anyone but Manning, Lake, and Tiffany. Ugh, I seriously wish I could adequately tell you what this entire last book made of me. It wrecked me… completely. I didn’t want to read but I couldn’t stop… I couldn’t help myself. I can’t believe the talent Hawkins has given us with these people. It’s so heart-breakingly beautiful.

I have no idea how I am going to make it to October for the final conclusion. I feel shattered as it is and now I have to wait months… 5 months with my own broken heart… how cruel! This series had left me feeling gluttonous. I’m wanting more and more and impatient! This is a book that will give you so many feelings… I mean you’ll be left feeling mad, frustrated, anxious, sad (oh the sadness) and finally you will feel a state of disbelief or perhaps just plain shock!

This has got to be RC Boldt’s best book yet!!! The last one I read by Boldt, Clam Jam, was a romantic comedy and so completely different from this book. Out of the Ashes is every single thing you would want from a Contemporary Romance. I did have a feeling that this book was going to  break my heart once I saw that it was a military romance… I mean, I can’t even watch those reuniting videos of 30 seconds without bawling. Boldt also left me bawling… I am sure she is drinking a glass or two of my tears as I write this review!

I could not put this book down; I think I finished it within 24 hours. I just really could relate to Presley. I think most women struggle with feeling beautiful and realizing we are more that what is on the outside. Hendy broke me a bit… I’ll be honest. Ugh… I don’t want to give anything away but there’s SO MUCH to say. I love the family and friendship aspect in this book. This is what life is about to me!

This book is perfect…I’m serious… the writing, the characters, the situation. It was flawless. There was nothing, not one darn thing that was lacking for me! This is a 5 STAR book if I have ever read one!! Bravo… RC Boldt… this book touched me everywhere (and I’m not sure my hubby was ok with that). Although, he might have reaped a few rewards! You will NOT regret One Clicking this book. Click it and devour!
