Well, well, well… this was quite the emotional ride! I love any books that covers families and children… there’s just something about it. It pulls my heart strings. I loved the characters in this book. I haven’t read the previous two books, I just didn’t have the time, but as soon as I can I want to read them. I’m sure I got sneak peeks into the previous two books. I still want to dive into their stories.

Anywho, as a mom, I totally found a small connection with Kelly. Kelly was strong and fierce. Anthony was a tough nut. I either loved him a ton and found him to be almost too sweet… you all know those guys, the ones that are too nice and nearly always end up in the friend zone. He also had a few moments where he was a complete jerk. He grew on me eventually! As my first Amie Knight book it was fantastic! I totally teared up and my heart ached… I enjoyed it a lot!

Amie Knight has been a reader for as long as she could remember and a romance lover since she could get her hands on her momma's books. A dedicated wife and mother with a love of music and makeup, she won’t ever be seen leaving the house without her eyebrows and eyelashes done just right. When she isn't reading and writing, you can catch her jamming out in the car with her two kids to '90s R&B, country, and showtunes.
