I can’t recall now how I stumbled upon this author but, by God, I am completely happy with it!! Finding Home and Finding Strength are both amazing books!! There was nothing in this book that left me wanting. I was looking forward to Finding Strength that it felt like forever! It did not disappoint me one bit!!

This book starts off right where Finding Home leaves off and I was so very happy at the change of POV. I so wanted inside Cory’s head in the last book… needed it! So to get there this time, well it made this book utterly perfect!! I love Lacey and Cory! You could feel Cory’s love in this book and how Lacey just wouldn’t give up. They both had to dig down deep to find their strength. The secondary characters… Amber and Alex are great! I am pleading that we get an Alex and Amber book(s) just more of this group!!

Even if Reagan Hollow is completely done here and wants to move on… you can bet your last dollar that I’ll follow her! I loved her writing. She has this perfect balance of suspense that makes you unable to put her book down. You’ll look at the clock and wonder how it’s 3am when you just stared reading. Hollow does that to you! She combines the suspense that keeps you reading “just one more page” and the deep emotion so it’s just not possible to read a little at a time.

Remember, this is a duet. You have to read Finding Home to understand this book. It just won’t work without book one. It’s worth it though.

SYNOPSIS

 

Lacey is a small town girl relocating to a big city after finding her fiance in bed with her best friend. All she wants to do is start fresh, in a town where no one knew her and was big enough to get lost in. She finds just what she's looking for when she stumbles across an ad looking for a roommate.

After a night of drinks at the club her new roommate works at, leaves Lacey drugged and in bed with club owner Cory Lewis, she must find her strength to piece her life back together.
When her past shows up and shakes her world, who will she be able to trust?

Will she be saved before it's too late?

Follow Lacey on her journey of heart break, betrayal, and possibly a shot at a second chance for love.

Authors Note: This book is a Romantic Suspense meaning it may contain subject matter that may be sensitive for certain readers. That being said, this is not erotica. This means, there is sex...but there's also more story line. I hope you take a chance on my debut novel and leave a review whether you like it or hate it.

MY REVIEW

I’ll start out saying this has a cliffhanger! Book 2, Finding Strength, will be out January 17, 2017. I didn’t realize at the time that it would have a cliffy. Although I am happy to hear that I get more Cory and Lacey. Plus… I mean that ending was amazing!! Totally took me by surprise!!

This is Reagan Hollow’s debut novel and I really think she did great. The storyline really pulls you in and keeps you interested right at the start of the book. Lacey has such a hard life. It was like she just couldn’t catch a break and anything bad that could happen… would happen to Lacey. I do wish this was a dual POV story though; I’m not counting the 1 chapter at the end. There was so much mysteriousness with Corey that I think being in his head a bit to would have helped me be a bit more invested in him. I know that can totally be preference though and I know, I love dual POV.

The fact that Cory took Lacey out on motorcycle ride and the beautiful way Hollow wrote this part makes me think she's at least been on the back of a bike before. There's something that feels so safe when you wrap your arms around your man and cruise down the road. I think Hollow conveyed that closeness perfectly of driver and passenger and she's making me miss being up against the back of my husband.
