Oh wow, this was
such an emotional journey! It was a journey of Porther and Charlotte and how
they found their way to each other. This romance was so sweet… just
heart-warming. Uhhhhh this book is just so deeply emotional. I might have had a
few ugly cry sessions… you can’t help but feel this heartache. The
love story is just perfection. Charlotte and Porter are keenly aware of the
difficulties they face, yet they manage to nurture their relationship
throughout. I have how honest they are, never holding back from the tough
conversations.
Aly Martinez has
been such a fantastic author to follow. Her writing is such perfect. You can’t
help but be pulled into this story. I really think that this book is purely a
MUST read! It seems to touch on real life issues of broken families. This has
GOT to be Aly Martinez’s best work!! It is a beautiful story of love, loss,
grief, hope and forgiveness, being able to survive and thrive. This is a
breath-taking duet! A must read!!
