Synopsis

Max Horton
They call me an outcast like it's a bad thing.
An asshole byproduct of a shitty upbringing. I don't care about anything except myself and my little sister. I will always protect what’s mine.
With one year left on my hockey contract I'm keeping my head down and my eyes on the goal.
A collision, with her, changes my entire existence.
Allison Grant
Never fall in love with a sports star.
That's what my stepfather always said. He told me athletes are complicated and moody—that the higher their paycheck, the lower their morals.
As public relations for the New York Stingers I know exactly what he means, but I can’t seem to say no to a friendship with one beautiful, damaged man.
What started out as hate turned into something else.
We tried to stay away, to keep our distance, but the pull was too strong.
Something forbidden turned into something so irresistible.

I have just adored Natasha Madison’s books since the very first one. I get super excited every time I see a new one is releasing. I’ve been itching for Noah’s story every since Tempt the Boss (which is a definite) MUST read for everyone. Tempt the Boss and Tempt the Playboy overlap a bit in the time frame but I loved having that overlapping story and seeing some of my favorite characters again. Madison doesn’t write anything but wonderful romance with a bit of humor and a TON of heat! Prepare yourself to fall in love with Noah!

Tempt the Playboy is the story for Noah and Kaleigh… I think Kaleigh might have confused the poor player when she played her hand a little better and didn’t want him (you go girl!!). Noah is totally fool-loose and fancy-free, he feels every woman is a notch that must be on his bed, tsk tsk Noah. Kaliegh is just what Noah needed. She is the perfect match for him. I love their banter and playfulness… seriously that made the book for me! It was light and fun.

I would seriously recommend everything Natasha Madison writes! I love her stories. Noah grows on you. You’ll read Tempt the Boss and really wonder if you can even like Noah but he grows on you in Tempt the Playboy. He won me over when it was so clear that he loved Kaleigh so much that she’s all he could see… it’s beautiful. Be still my heart and brace yourself! Keep ‘em coming Natasha!

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.

RELEASE DAY: Something So Perfect by Natasha Madison

something so perfect release day.jpg

Matthew

Drafted first round pick when I was seventeen, playing first line at eighteen, branded NHL's bad boy at nineteen. At twenty-three I was cut from the team and living back home with my parents. A knock on the door brought an opportunity I couldn’t turn down. All I had to do was prove I learned from my mistakes, so no way would I fall for a chick with a pouty mouth even if I wanted to spend all day devouring it.

Karrie

When my father gave me a job, I had no idea it would be to babysit some washed up NHL player. He wanted me to be his chaperone, his overpaid babysitter. I thought it was a joke. Then I met him, Matthew Grant. I wasn’t prepared for this particular bad boy. He’s not only hot but he’s arrogant and kinda sweet in a 'you make me crazy' kind of way.
Basically now that he’s finished screwing up his life, he’s decided to turn mine upside down.

She’s the first thing I’ve ever wanted more than hockey.

He’s the guy I know I should stay away from.

But what if this thing that started out so wrong turns into something so perfect?

Something So Perfect by Natasha Madison is the second book in a series of standalones, Something So. Meet Matthew Grant, NHL player and bad boy. After he goes through a rough time, he gets a new opportunity to prove himself. Karrie is assigned to be his babysitter, fun, fun!! But then she meets him he’s soooo  bad but oh so good... she can’t get enough!

Something So Perfect is the PERFECT sports romance read. This book gives us the "bad boy" feel who once he sets eyes on what he feels is his lets nothing stand in his way of having it, not even Karrie herself. I loved getting to see old characters from the other books. This book is sweet and sexy and everything you know Natasha Madison to be!

I received an ARC of this series with the hope that I will leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.
