This was an amazingly fun audiobook!! There was so much
quick wit and adorableness humor! There was no way anyone was walking away from
this audiobook without completely falling for either Finley or Kyler (aka Tom).
BTW who thinks up these names? I so appreciated the dual POV. Tom is an
absolute hoot with what he thinks is happening inside a woman’s mind… we barely
know Tom. No man will ever get it. I adored Finley. She was the sweetest and
had some serious baggage with past men issues. I think what pulled me in the
most on this storyline was the characters complete honesty with each other from
the start. They would strip themselves bare for the other, for their
betterment. I really liked that aspect plus all those 80s one-liners made my
day completely!!
These narrators, Andi Arndt and Joe Arden are the BEST! I
can’t help but love their natural back and forth banter. They seem like they
generally have fun together. Joe Arden seemed to have so much fun with this
narration. I felt like he lived that life. I just loved how real it felt. Now,
Andi, Andi Arndt is just my favorite female narrator. I love the sound of her
voice and her enunciations. She sounds fun and light but her heat and heart can
be felt in her voice as well. These two narrators have a real gift!
