About Natasha Madsion

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...

MY REVIEW
This was my first ever Natasha Madison book, I know it's her second book but this book is seriously amazing. Who would ever think this is Madison’s second novel? She totally made her way onto my “one click” list without reading blurbs with this gem of a book! Hell and Back was full of everything, you have Bella and Lilah, who are so scared, and rightfully so, of every noise, every shadow. I never would have guessed where Madison was going with the ending.

I was surprised with myself and how upset I was with Bella at first. I was angry at her for how she allowed her daughter to live. I guess, I just think it's ok if you put yourself through hell but once you add an innocent child, well, it just isn't fair for them to go through Hell and Back. So I was upset with Bella, at first, but she handled it, we'll say. I've never been in a real abusive relationship so it's hard to say how I would respond. Anywho… this was the hardest part of the book, my heart just broke on their really weak moments. This is one powerful book.

My favorite quote of the whole book comes from Jackson to Mick: “A man knows heaven when he finds it. Now you know what heaven feels like.”

I can't frigging wait for Mick and Marissa’s story! Natasha, girl… you pulled off something wonderful with this book. You touched my heart and made me cry, made me angry, made me sad, made me hopeful, you made me feel! Amazing, friggin amazing second book!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
