 If there was ever a book/audio that could make me combust... it would be Wait With Me! I mean, woah man, it was so HAWT! There were so many phrases that made me hoot out with laughter! "can you orgasm from happiness?" "I just stuffed my face with a breadstick like some sort of prepubescent child on the run from fat camp." I mean, Amy Daws should be doing stand up comedy! Between those hot intimate scenes that made me feel like I was prepping for some play time and her humor, I was up and down and all over with this book! As my first Amy Daws book, I think it's safe to say that I'm addicted! I can't get enough!
Let's also not forget that this has to be the BEST audiobook performance I have ever, like EVER, heard! I said to my husband that I had a total girl crush on Erin Mallon. It was like she was a real person... ok, I get it, I'm also not a moron, but it was like she was totally immersed in Kate Smith's life and she totally KILLED it! I've never EVER heard characters so full of life, so full of fun and humor. And goodness gracious those intimate scenes! I needed cold showers! Yowzas!!!
