AUDIO RELEASE: Lost Boy by M. Robinson

LOST BOY AUDIO RELEASE BLITZ
USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. ROBINSON
NARRATORS: BRIAN CALLANAN
& ADDISON BARNES

In a world where I had no say, violence became my refuge, and nothing else mattered.

Not even my own life.

Until her.

Skyler Bell.
It all started the first time I heard that voice. Giving me hope for tomorrow. My first love was everything all at once.
Consuming.
Maddening.
Forever.
Mine.
Except, I never imagined there were secrets that needed to be shared. Lies that needed to be confessed. Truths that needed to be told.
Demons that needed to be buried.
Once I realized the depth, the longing, the sadness and sorrow in her eyes mirrored mine, it was too late. Love didn't come to me as heartbreak, it came as everything I've ever wanted. Walking away wasn't an option, but it was the only choice I had.
I finally found the price of love and it cost me...
My soul.

RELEASE DAY: Choosing Us by M. Robinson

CHOOSING US RELEASE BLITZ
USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. ROBINSON

COVER MODEL: Weston Boucher
COVER DESIGNER: Heather Moss

From USA Bestselling Author M. Robinson comes a contemporary romance duet filled with all the feels of a epic love story.

What do you do when you meet your soulmate at seven-years-old?

You give…

You live…

And you love…

Together.

Forever.

To have and to hold.

Until you hear the words, “I just don’t love you anymore.”

Putting an end to me.

To you.

To us.

Remember that one time when M. Robinson wrote an epic love story that ripped my heart right in half? Oh, wait a minute... that was Choosing Us and I can still feel the raw ache in my heart and the pain in my soul as she played with my feelings. Let's first talk about that prologue... the words written in there were some of the most beautiful I've ever read. I highlighted nearly that entire chapter. M. Robinson wrote them with perfection that felt like pure lyrics of the heart.

So the entire book had this on-the-cusp-of-breaking-me feel to it. You know how you spend the entire book waiting for the ball to drop and fall right on your foot ie heart? I felt like this the ENTIRE story but I had multiple balls in the air (shush now). I didn't know whether to feel pained or inspired with the beauty of M. Robinson's writing. These characters are beyond real and raw. Aiden is a character that bore his way into my heart. His words and thoughts were so beautiful and I really want everything for him! I also adored Bailey.

Ok so before I end up spilling secrets and go on some emotional tangent, I'll stop my mouth vomit. I've read several M. Robinson books over the last few years and they've all had the same fantastic writing skills; while still showing that Robinson is growing and learning over time to really develop her craft in full and creative details. Her characters are always unique and they feel real. I can always relate and usually understand them. Choosing Us is breathtaking and heartbreaking. It’s gorgeous. And hopeful. And painful... I'm in so much pain waiting on the conclusion, Choosing You. I have no idea where book 2 will take us, I just know I need the rest of Aiden and Bailey's story... the ending.

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.

“You’re cute! I like you. Now scoot over for me.”
I did, only because I liked the way she made me feel, and I didn’t want her to leave me alone again. She sat right beside me as close as she could, leaving no room in between us.
“I’m Bailey Button, by the way.”
Her soft skin brushed against my arm, causing new bubbles in my stomach.
What was that?
“I hate my name. It’s so stupid. It sounds like I’m a belly button, but I’m not. I’m a girl, see?” Tugging on her hair that was in pigtails, she blinked her long, big eyelashes at me. “I don’t look like a belly button, right?”
“No.” Was the only word I could say when she sat that close to me.
She nodded, bringing a piece of chicken up to her mouth. Not paying any attention to what she was doing to me.
“I like your name, Aiden Pierce. It’s pretty.”
“Pretty?”
“Yeah, I like pretty names. Not like mine.”
Before I gave it any thought, I blurted, “Your name is beautiful just like you are.”
Her eyes flew to mine, and another huge smile took over her face. “No one has ever called me beautiful, Aiden Pierce!”
I smiled with her.
“Now we’re going to have to get married.”
“What?” I stopped smiling, jerking back. “We do?”
“Mmm hmm…” She chewed on her food, swallowing it down. “That’s what happens when you call a girl beautiful, you have to get married after. I don’t make the rules, I just follow them. Before my momma passed away, she always said to marry a man who calls me beautiful, and I’ll be happy every day of my life.”
Maybe her momma sent her to me too?
“Will you make me happy?”
“Uh… I can try.”
“Try really hard, okay?”
“Okay.”
Momma would want that, right?
Yeah, she would.
“I like the way Bailey Pierce sounds. What do you think?”
“I like the way Bailey Pierce sounds too, but aren’t we too young to get married?”
“No silly! I meant when we’re older.”
“Oh.” I thought about it for a second. “Like how much older?”
Now it was her turn to think about it for a second. “Like when we’re eighteen. That’s old enough.”
“Okay.”
“Aiden...” She giggled, twirling her hair in a big knot around her finger. “You have to ask me first.”
“Oh, I do?” I scratched my head. “When?”
“When we’re eighteen.”
“Okay.” I nodded, meaning it. “I’ll ask you when we’re eighteen.”
“Okay.” She nodded back. “I’ll try to act surprised too. Ask me in a good way, alright? So I cry.”
She was confusing, but in the best way possible. I’d say anything she wanted just to keep her by my side, so I’d always feel this way.
Safe.
I knew right then and there my momma had something to do with this. I didn’t know how, but she kept her promise to me. This had to be the girl, I felt it in my bones.
“Why would I want to make you cry?”
“Because they’re happy tears and crying with happy tears is like super romantic.”
“Oh… Okay then. I’ll ask you in a way that will make you cry happy tears.”
“Okay good, but don’t make me cry in any other way than happy tears. Ever. You promise?”
“I promise.”
She leaned her head on my shoulder, whispering, “I trust you.”

TOUR: Lost Boy by M. Robinson

BLOG TOUR
LOST BOY BY M. Robinson
Cover Model: Stephen James
Cover Design: The Final Wrap
Genre: Contemporary Romance/ New Adult
Standalone

My soul.

I feel like I should go straight to the cover on this book. Isn’t it just beautiful? I know some might find it odd to refer to Stephen James as beautiful but goodness; there isn’t a single thing wrong with this cover! You can’t help but be pulled into a trance by those eyes… it seems as though he’s searching your soul! Noah, oh my sweet and wild Noah. Getting your story was so fulfilling to my heart. Speaking of my heart, M. Robinson gives us her signature angst and soul in this book. It’s lovely, it’s an emotional rollercoaster. This book, this M. Robinson creation might be my favorite Ms. Robinson story ever. It holds so much in-between the covers… secrets and lies, demons and lust, heartbreak and love, and above-all-else Lost Boy is a completely original story.

Noah and Skyler were fantastic and everything I had hoped they would be and so much more! Noah is so deliciously naughty and oh, that mouth on him… dirty, dirty mouth… I loved it! He pulled me in with that motorcycle (love me a bad boy) but give me that deliciously naughty mouth and there was no where I could go but stay and watch this emotional turmoil unfold! Skyler is way more than the movie star she pretends to  be. They will make you feel so happy… then you’ll turn on a dime and want to scream while you bash your reading device into pieces… but wait… aww isn’t that beautiful?? And the process starts again… did I say this was an emotional rollercoaster with highs as high as you can be and lows so every low.

OK, so While Lost Boy is and can be considered a standalone I would recommend reading both the books Road to Nowhere and Ends Here. I just think you will learn more and get to know even Noah a bit more or at least get a bit more background. This is also a super, incredibly long story. I have no idea how I was able to read it in-between work and two other books but I persevered! It really isn’t a hardship, M. Robinson writes like a dream and you barely even realize this is like two full length novels! I might be a bit exaggerated! I loved every word written in this story. Ms. Robinson is so creative in her storytelling method. Her words go straight to my heart.

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.

My body molded perfectly against his like I was made just for him, only him. It was the most overwhelming, mind blowing,
consuming feeling I’d ever felt in my entire life. There would be no coming back from this.

From him.

From us.

Ruining me for any other guy. He slowly parted his lips,  beckoning me to do the same. I followed his lead, imitating the same rhythm he set. His tongue traced my swollen lips, and it left the craziest sensation in its wake. A tingly fire that only he could put out. I’d never be able to lick my lips and not think of this very moment. It would be lodged next to my heart where he belonged.

I pulled back my tongue, and he took it as an open invitation to gently push his into my awaiting mouth. Seeking mine out, turning this kiss into something more than I could have ever imagined it could be.

No words came close to describing what was happening between us. The feelings he stirred deep within my mind, my soul, matching my emotions with each stroke of his tongue and lips. This push and pull was as uncontrollable as where fate wanted to take us. I never wanted him to stop kissing me.

Not for a second.

A year.

A lifetime.

Noah’s lips were meant to be on mine. My body was meant to be beneath his. Our hearts were meant to be together.

I was his girl.

I had always been his girl.
