MY REVIEW
I really enjoyed the typical gender swap this book had. The woman,
Tessa, being the one that was in the military and obsessed with her career and
climbing up the ladder was a nice spin. I always find it refreshing to see a
woman with some drive and ambition.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because I wish it had a bit more….
Something. Conflict or a struggle. It just seemed too good. I know, I’m
horrible!! This is a great read and Santo’s really send you on a nice paced
story. I try really hard not to give a
rewritten synopsis for people who read the review.
I thought Hunter was such a great guy/dad. I mean,
how could Tessa walk away? Everything about this book was just so fun. The
relationships, friendships, sparks flying… everything was just done so nicely
that it made this book such a fun and quick read. I’d recommend it to anyone
who enjoys romance.

Over all,
this book was way more than I hoped for. It had all the feels I enjoyed having
during reading a romance book. I am sitting rather impatiently waiting on the
next in the series!! This book is highly recommended for anyone that loves a
good love story where the man has to work to prove himself and the woman is
worthy of that love.

Love Unexpected might be my
favorite of the three books. I just adored this book. It had everything a
romance book needs… a fantastic love story. I was looking forward to Tegan and
Reed’s story. But I loved, LOVED, hearing updates on Hunter and Tessa. It’s one
of my favorite things about series; we get more of previous couples. Santo is
wonderful at fitting her various characters in to start to loving/hating them.
You start to develop a relationship with them and I find I get more attached to
books that do this.
I thought Reed was a great guy.
Once he knew what he wanted, he went after it, and man, Tegan didn’t stand a
chance! But she didn’t just lie down and give in. She was a great love interest
for him; she made him work for it. I was completely tickled with this story!!

Book 2 was total swoon-worthy…
but this book is the tear-jerker. This is the one that pulls at your heart
strings and gets deep!! There should be a warning on this book that you will
need a box of tissues!!
JC and Jo had such great
chemistry and love. They seemed to have this pull to each other but went
through a rollercoaster of times. Too many ups and downs. These group of people
is so fantastically written about. You can’t help but feel like you’re a part
of their group, you know? You will get sucked right in! Plus if you’ve read the
other two books you’ve gotten to know these characters and feel for them. I
love book 3. Everything flows so nicely and this is just a great book!!!
