Don’t tell anyone this but I’ve never read Max Monroe. I
know, I know after reading The Day I Stopped Falling for Jerks, I don’t know
what I’ve waited so long for! The writing was amazing! I flew through it,
gobbling it up like those cheap gummy bears I love so much, but I didn’t want
it to end! Seriously though, the way it was written kind of like a blog
video/podcast type thing… it was one of the uniquest styles that I’ve ever
read… maybe that’s why I loved it so hard?
I could have just really loved the characters since they were fabulous! Lucky was one of my favoritist characters, that dare I say, might just be my favorite. I don’t know! Gah… loved it all… is that so hard to believe? Really, I can’t choose anything I didn’t like. The fun and upbeat story was just classic… I mean, girl falling in love over and over with jerks so she swears off men, swears off dating period but especially for jerks. So, of course, she’s going to meet the guy… or the biggest jerk? Who know, especially since we end at the mother of all cliffies! I can’t even be mad at y’all! I mean what a fantastic story! I’ve thrilled to have found another author to follow and read… plus, look at all those backlist books I now can read! Can’t wait to dive into these!
