Heather, I’m so thoroughly impressed with this story. I think your
writing and storytelling gets better with every book which is saying
something since your first book, Vivienne’s Guilt, was a 5 star read for
me. I loved everything about Doppelbanger. You have this perfect
balance between humor and seriousness.
I
knew I was going to love Gina’s story! I’ll be honest, I expected to
shed some tears from sadness but besides a few rogue tears creeping out
during an intimate father/daughter moment, I didn’t cry. I did, however,
shed quite a few tears from laughter. Gina is a trip!
While
Doppelbanger is hilarious it’s also a perfectly beautiful love story.
Mrs. Orgeran’s writing is just superb. She’s creative and knows how to
perfectly handle humor and the serious situations! The epilogue... well,
let’s just say this is gonna make so many people happy, myself
included.

Heather M. Orgeron is a Cajun girl with a big heart and a passion for romance. She married her high school sweetheart two months after graduation and her life has been a fairytale ever since. She’s the queen of her castle, reigning over five sons and one bossy little princess who has made it her mission in life to steal her Momma’s throne. When she’s not writing, you will find her hidden beneath mounds of laundry and piles of dirty dishes or locked in her tower(aka the bathroom) soaking in the tub with a good book.
