I’ll stop at nothing to own her.

I’m a collector of dolls.

All kinds of dolls.

So beautiful and sexy, they become my art.

So perfect and flawless, my art galleries are flooded by the wealthy to gaze upon my possessions with envy.

So fragile and delicate, I keep them tucked away for safety.

The dark and torrid tales of Drayton’s Dolls run rampant through the rich and famous, and all but a few are true.

Normally I share my dolls for others to play with or watch on display.

But not my special doll.

No, not her.

Ivy is the most precious doll of all.

She’s mine. All mine.

*Scoundrels & Scotch is a dark billionaire romance. If you don’t like a splash of shock, a dash of taboo, and a heavy dose of sex, then don’t take a sip of this TOP SHELF cocktail.

Woah, my head is completely blown off with Scoundrels & Scotch by Alta Hensley. The storyline was something I have never heard of, thought of, could have dreamt up. I mean… boom, mind blown! So here we go… the thought of human dolls is creepy, yet, fascinating. Victor Drayton is an artist with this weird little… well flair, perhaps. He collects dolls… human dolls. He turns them into his dolls, his creative Drayton Dolls. He brings them all around the world and shares them in these elusive exhibits.

I think my biggest issue was I didn’t really like Victor Drayton. I liked the story. Crazy different. But I just had a hard time liking him. Plus I really would have loved more information. I felt like I didn’t get to know the real whose and why’s of it all. Why is Drayton like he is? I found this book to be more about training one of his newest dolls into being submissive.

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I will leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.
