Darn this woman! I mean,
are all Adriana Locke’s books going to be so flippin fantastic? I feel like I’m
always saying how this book was just so good and that it might be my newest
favorite… and I mean it… again! I loved it! It’s just the perfect romance with
its sweet and sexiness, the humor and love added in made in an immensely
heartwarming romance!
My favorite thing about
Locke’s stories… all of her stories, for that matter, are how family centered
they are. You get the feeling of closeness, love, and the deep connections. One
of the newest and greatest, to me anyway, is these standalone yet
interconnected stories. We get books built on previous connections and the
characters really start to feel like your friends… your people! So Locke is
building these groups and families that I’m so caught up in and she keeps
giving layers and layers of more! I just can’t take all the sweet, amazingness
she gives us!!
Like always, we have a
perfectly executed story line with people that are incredibly likable and
relatable. I mean Walker and Sienna were so perfect! There was sparks flying
off my ereader! I loved how the laughs and banter even out the sweet and steam
so it isn’t too heavy either way. You’re left with a book that feels fun while
being lusciously hot too!!
