Staci has been a lot of things up to this point
in her life -- a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing
and handbag designer, a waitress. Can't forget that. She's also been a mom,
with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts.
She's been a wife, though she's certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook.
She's also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she's been drinking
whiskey. When she's not writing, she's reading, sleeping, gaming, or designing
graphics.

I’m not sure Staci Hart
can write a bad book. With that said, this might be my absolute favorite
among Hearts & Arrows Series. I love a book with a bit of a darker
edge with some mystery mixed in. While this book has a much bleaker
outlook there’s much more to this book that that. This is a love story
at the heart. I was so completely absorbed in Staci Hart’s words that I
lost all track of time and finished this book in the wee hours of the
night. The tension was absolutely insane throughout this book…. the
twists and turns were kept me furiously turning these pages.
Josie and Jon were the most amazing characters! Josie was just my absolute favorite! She’s so strong, so fearless… you can’t help but to route for her. Jon was just the sweetest! You can’t help but be pulled into his charm, his wit… I adored him! I simply delight in the way Hart is able to give us mythology in the modern day era. I can’t even explain the banter and wit that Hart adds in with the Gods playing with the human’s lives… like their little puppets. Add in the little second chance romance between Josie and Jon and this book is completely beyond perfect for me!
