This book had pretty much everything I wanted… dark “romance,” intrigue, disturbing situations (my personal fave!), and hot, sweaty sex scenes between two pretty likeable main characters! Really… what more could a person want from a book?

Like any book from Alta Hensley… it was fast paced and enjoyable! I love her writing and always enjoy her books. This one was good but I felt like there were some things missing in the book… which I’m not going to list because I don’t want to spoil things for others or have people searching out certain things. I also felt like the ending was a bit rushed… maybe that was just me though. It just seemed like there were loose threads.
