Anne Malcom has been an avid reader since before she can remember, her mother responsible for her book addiction. It started with magical journeys into the world of Hogwarts and Middle Earth; then as she grew up her reading tastes grew with her. Her obsession with books and romance novels in particular gave Anne the opportunity to find another passion, writing. Finding writing about alpha males and happily ever afters more fun than reading about them, Anne is not about to stop any time soon.
Raised in small town New Zealand, Anne had a truly special childhood, growing up in one of the most beautiful countries in the world. The only good thing that comes from finding an amazingly, kick ass author after they have a few books under their belt is the fact that you get to immerse yourself into their previous books. You know, just gobble the damn backlog until you’re pacing the floor waiting for more… tap, tap, tap… (that’s me waiting if you couldn’t tell). So, I’m actually not a huge fan of paranormal books, however, I LOVE this series so far! It is packed with all the paranormal favorites like witches and werewolves, demons and humans, vampires and vampire slayers… I mean, it is jam-packed, and I LOVE it! So even if you don’t normally swing for the paranormal, give this a try, I think you’ll find it’s amazing!
Anne Malcom tells one kick butt story! She has an amazing way to tell a story. Isla is seriously KICK ASS! She’s so funny! The character development in this book was a perfect complement to book 1; Malcom built onto her characters. I’m utterly fascinated with all these “people”. This story really comes into itself in this book. There is just so much happening and so many plot twists you didn’t see coming. This is a completely addictive read, one that will have you tap, tap, tapping your shoes waiting for more! Hurry up Anne! I need book 3 yesterday!
