 MY REVIEW

I LOVED LOVED this book!!Seriously J.D. Hollyfield has to be a riot to be around! What sticks with me the most, days after readying this book, is the humor. This is a laugh-out-loud story! I'm almost ashamed to say that this is my first book by this author and I have no idea why I haven't read her before! This is a book that you'll read and say "damn, it's over." and then you'll *grab a phone, laptop, or kindle and search for J.D. Hollyfield. You just won't be able to stop yourself. She's just great!! OK, ok, I'm totally fangirling here...

Penny is a witty character that you just can't help but love! Her personality is fantastic! Once ripped from her "safe world" she returns to her awesome self. She has a best friend, Patti! I'm not sure who instigated who or if they just feed off each other but these are 2 women that you need to look out for!! If you are looking for a kick ass story with a perfectly written story with a ending you'll love... than this book is for you!! It's so lighthearted and funny. Don't get me wrong, this is a romance book... there is sex, hot sex. 

Besides the humor and just general fun these characters were... this book made me feel feministic, does that make sense? I felt like cheering for Penny when she did got back at who deserved it. I loved where her mind went for revenge and how tequila was her best friend... next to Patti, of course.
